Booking conditions

A reservation will always be confirmed by CASAS MONTSENY and the reservation conditions are as follows:

Payment Methods

Card: online payment gateway. Virtual TPV that accepts any type of secured business card like VISA, MASTERCARD, etc., through the technological support of ges4t. Guest must pay must pay partially or completely the final price of booking, following the “booking process”. If the payment is partial, as a advanced payment, the pending payment will have to be paid later, following indications of CASAS MONTSENY.

Bank transfer: transfer to CASAS MONTSENY account. Guest will recieve a message with IBAN in order to make the payment of booking, following indications of CASAS MONTSENY.

Payments

To confirm the booking, guest will have to pay 30% of the final price as a advanced payment, the pending payment will have to be paid 15 days before check-in or on arrival with cash.

If your payments are not made on time, CASAS MONTSENY reserves the right to cancel your booking.

General rules

Check-In/Arrival: from 17h
Check-out/Departure: before 10h (July and August). Remaining months before 12h.
Another hour: please, always request early check-in or late checkout, it may add extra costs. Please, request late check-out prior to arrival.

Rules: Respect the rules of “Vacation Rental Agreement”

Cot: 20€/stay
High Chair: 20€/stay
Air Conditioning: 15€/day
Cleaning: included
Deposit: 300 or 400€, refundable at the end of the stay, if there is no damage.
Tourist Tax: 1€/pax/night. Variable according to regulations: The Government of Catalonia defines the tax on stays in tourist establishments in Catalonia. Applies to people older than 16 and with a maximum of 7 nights per law 5/2017, of 28 March, Title I, chapter VI, art. 22 to 50 – DOGC No. 7340 – 30/3/2017.

Normally, Deposit and Tourist Tax are amounts that guest must pay at check-in day, in cash.

Booking Modification

CASAS MONTSENY will inform the tenant whenever a reservation modification can be generated: final price, date of arrival, departure date or any other detail of the reservation.

If Guest requests to modify a booking (check-in date, check-out date…), CASAS MONTSENY will try to find a solution according to its possibilities and availability, always under conditions of the “Vacation Rental Agreement”. If CASAS MONTSENY must modify a booking, for any reason, guest will be notified about the possibilities of change (check-in date, check-out date …) and if the guest is not interested, the amount paid will be returned, without compensation / without the other party having the right to indemnification .

IMPORTANT: Whenever you charge guests for non-refundable or partially refundable no-shows or cancellations, you need to pay commission on such fees.

Passenger registration

Before arrival or on the day of arrival, the tenant must provide the identity documents of the entire group. CASAS MONTSENY has the right to request all identity documents to record personal data and then communicate it to the police, as required by the regulations for stays in tourist establishments.

Cancellation Policy

-Cancellation by the tenant:

If the tenant needs to cancel the reservation for any reason:

Refund of 100 up to 60 days before arrival
Refund of 50 up to 30 days before arrival
For reasons of force majeure the amount paid by the tenant in reservation will be refunded 100
